1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions of terms

3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices stated include statutory sales tax and other price components. In addition, there are no shipping costs.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance, PayPal or credit card (Visa).
(3) If the consumer chooses the payment method in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

4 delivery
(1) Unless we expressly state otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will take place within 5 working days at the latest. The deadline for delivery begins on the day after sending the payment order to the credit institution responsible for the transfer for payment in advance, and on the day after conclusion of the contract for all other payment methods. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the delivery location, the deadline ends on the next working day.

Consequences of cancellation
